Please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to Smart IPTV. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Smart IPTV service at smart-iptv.pro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Smart IPTV reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Service Description
Smart IPTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that allows subscribers to access live television channels, Video on Demand (VOD) content, and related digital media services over an internet connection.
Our service includes:
- Access to 30,000+ live television channels in HD and 4K quality
- 100,000+ movies and series available on demand
- Electronic Program Guide (EPG) with scheduling information
- Catch-Up TV functionality (Premium plan)
- Technical support via WhatsApp, Telegram and email
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Smart IPTV offers the following subscription options:
Standard HD Plans: 1 month (€8.99) · 3 months (€17.99) · 6 months (€27.99) · 12 months (€40) · 2 years (€69)
Premium 4K Plans: 1 month (€8.99) · 3 months (€21.99) · 6 months (€32.99) · 12 months (€54.99) · 2 years (€95)
App Activation: IBO Player, IBPlayer Pro, IBPro Smart Player, Hot Player — €5 each (FREE on 12-month+ plans)
All prices are in Euros (EUR). Smart IPTV reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected during their validity period.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before activation of any subscription. We accept payment via the methods communicated at the time of purchase. All transactions are final upon payment confirmation.
- Subscriptions are activated within 15–30 minutes of confirmed payment
- Login credentials (M3U link, username/password or Xtream codes) are delivered via WhatsApp or email
- No automatic renewal — you choose to renew manually when your subscription expires
5. Permitted Use
Your Smart IPTV subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. Each subscription is valid for the number of simultaneous connections specified in your plan.
- Personal viewing on compatible devices (Smart TV, smartphone, tablet, PC)
- Use within your household only
- Use on the number of devices covered by your subscription plan
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund:
- Reselling, redistributing or sharing your credentials with persons outside your household
- Using the service for commercial broadcasting or public display
- Attempting to circumvent technical protection measures
- Using the service for any illegal purpose
- Sharing account credentials publicly or on forums
7. Service Availability
Smart IPTV aims for 99% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Service interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible)
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Internet service provider issues on the customer's end
- Force majeure events
In case of extended service interruption (more than 48 hours) attributable to Smart IPTV, we will provide appropriate compensation in the form of subscription extension.
8. Technical Requirements
To use Smart IPTV, you need a stable internet connection with the following minimum speeds:
HD quality (720p/1080p): minimum 10 Mbps
4K Ultra HD quality: minimum 25 Mbps
Compatible devices: Smart TV (Samsung, LG), Android TV, Firestick, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, Mac, Roku
9. Intellectual Property
Smart IPTV acts as an intermediary service provider. The content accessible through the service is the property of their respective rights holders. Smart IPTV does not claim ownership of any television channels, movies or series accessible through the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
Smart IPTV's liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
11. Termination
Smart IPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service. Termination for breach of terms does not entitle the subscriber to any refund.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refund eligibility.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
