3. Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Smart IPTV will:

• Investigate the claim and review the identified content
• Take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the affected party of the action taken

We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 72 hours of receipt.

4. Counter-Notice

If content you provided has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Smart IPTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of subscribers who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
